My desire is to make fitness easy, relatable, and sustainable.
Everything involving exercising and working out never came easy to me. Gaining weight comes more naturally. I still can't do a full split. I share my love for food with most of my clients.
I love seeing progress and helping my clients reach their goals.

Cross training includes weight / resistance training which is a great way to not only gain muscle mass, but also to improve stamina, endurance, and conditioning.
Men and women can equally benefit. Bettering your muscle tone is recommended for anyone 25-years & older.

Kickboxing is designed for those who are already in great cardiovascular shape as well as those who would like to improve CV endurance.
Great for anyone looking for intense workouts. Can be coupled with yoga or resistance training.
