My name is Heesun Kim
Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 Years experience helping clients to:
achieve sustainable weight loss,
increase balanced strength,
and improve overall health.
My clients range from 20s to 80s representing all walks of life. Despite varied backgrounds,
we share a common trait – we work hard while being down-to-earth and easy-going.
My teaching style is best described as a nurturing & compassionate yet straight-forward, no fuss trainer.
I love efficiency and am result-driven.
Like most, I tend to gain weight, I wasn’t born an athlete, and I love food.
Until fitness became my passion and drive in my late-20s,
I dabbled in high school and prioritized exercise during college mainly to lose weight.
As I developed both personally and professionally,
my perception of wellness and understanding of sustainable health & physique shifted
through the past 20+ Years.
Our session will reflect my immersive experience as a student as well as an instructor
combined in running, pilates, weightlifting, yoga, and martial arts.
