✕ WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48-Hours before the start of your Session. Session(s) that are not rescheduled or cancelled will result in forfeiture of the Session at the rate of One Personal Training Session.

Online Group Training Classes ⎼ Require 60-Minutes Cancellation Notice
✕ WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final.
✕ LATE / NO-SHOW
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
For 60-Minute Sessions: After 10-Minutes, it will be considered a no-show and that session is forfeited.
For 30-Minute Sessions: After 5-Minutes, it will be considered a no-show and that session is forfeited.
✕ DO PACKAGES EXPIRE?
For In Person & Online Private Training Sessions:
Package of Six Sessions (Or Less) ⎼ Expire Three Weeks from Date of Purchase
Package of Twelve Sessions (Or Less) ⎼ Expire Five Weeks from Date of Purchase
For Online Group Training Classes:
Packages of Four, Eight, and Twelve Classes ⎼ Expire Same Calendar Month as Purchased

Personalized, unsupervised training plans are available for individual purchase.
